The Army is trying to improve its talent management process by introducing a new online assignment marketplace. Similar to the dating app Tinder, it matches officers with their desired assignments based on units’ needs. Using AIM 2.0 Portal effectively requires officers to market themselves properly. For example, they should tailor their AIM 2.0 resume to the requirements of their desired organization.
ARMY AIM 2.0 PORTAL allows users to search and compare unit Modification Tables of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and save them to their systems. It also hosts a variety of Army apps, both public and restricted.
MyArmyBenefits is the official Army benefits website that allows Soldiers to access their pay information, forecast their retirement benefits, and more. The site is accessible to all active military personnel, as well as authorized DoD civilians and contractors with an .mil email address. DoD Home Use of Defense Antivirus Software provides active-duty and reserve service members with a free antivirus software license for their personal devices to reduce the risk of malware threats entering DoD networks.

AIM 2.0 Portal Login
AIM 2.0 is a powerful tool that lets officers log into their assignment information anytime, anywhere. It increases transparency by displaying every assignment across all career fields and helps units filter officers based on their skills and attributes. It is currently accessible to over 90,000 active-duty officers.
Using AIM 2.0 is easy, and it’s free to use. After logging in, you’ll need to accept the aimswebplus license agreement and privacy policy. Once you’ve done this, click “Continue.” Then, you can search for assignments matching your qualifications and preferences. You’ll be notified when you find a match, and you can chat with them online. If you’re interested in an assignment, you can even “Super Like” it to move it to the top of the queue.
The AIM Portal is a service for healthcare providers to provide their members with quality, affordable imaging services. It provides referrals to these facilities during image-ordering and also through outreach programs. This service has more than 68 million members in 50 states and US territories.
The system works similar to the Tinder application, with users swiping left or right on their profile to match with other members. It also allows users to add their education and other information to their profiles and Super Like another person’s profile. This allows them to stand out from the crowd and get noticed.
